Esther Ransom, LCPC
Co-Owner and Psychotherapist
Works with clients ages 8+
Esther Ransom (She/Her), LCPC, is a licensed clinical counselor who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. Her professional experience spans community mental health agencies, IOP/PHP hospital programming, and therapeutic day schools, where she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Esther values each client's unique life journey and individual differences, striving to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, accepted, and encouraged to explore themselves and their challenges fully. Esther is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and is passionate about working with clients suffering from OCD, generalized anxiety, phobias, social anxiety and depression. She employs a client-centered therapeutic approach, integrating mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure response prevention. She is recognized by her clients for her compassionate, inclusive, and gentle approach to therapy. Esther holds a strong belief in the therapeutic benefits of art, nature, and humor, actively incorporating these elements into her therapeutic practice to facilitate healing. ​

In her spare time Esther loves taking walks or runs outside, drinking coffee, watching The Office or Below Deck, exploring different Chicagoland pizza spots with the famous Pizza Pals club, and traveling with her husband.

Zoe Regalado, LCPC
Co-Owner and Psychotherapist
Works with clients ages 8+
Zoe Regalado (She/Her), LCPC is a licensed counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She is also a Certified Austism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). She has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, psychiatric hospitals, and therapeutic day schools. Zoe believes that no two people are the same and caters her treatment style to each client individually based on their unique therapeutic needs. Zoe enjoys supporting people at any time in their journey including working with children, teens, and adults. Her clients have described her style as supportive, humorous, and engaging. Zoe's foundations are in psychodynamic theory, CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy. Zoe strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can come to work towards their goals.

When not in the office Zoe spends her time baking, watching reality TV, trying new restaurants, and staring at all the cute dogs.

Nora Walsh, LCSW
Co-Owner and Psychotherapist
Works with clients ages 16+
Nora Walsh (she/her), LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with her Master’s degree in Social Work from the Jane Addams School of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago, which she attended after moving to Chicago from Ireland. Nora works to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She appreciates the uniqueness of each client's experience and strives to meet each client where they are at. Nora collaborates with her clients to create a treatment approach that is flexible, effective, and aligned with their goals for change and healing. With greater clarity, insight, and compassion, both growth and healing can occur naturally. Clients often report experiencing a sense of wholeness, integration, and reconnection to themselves.
In her free time Nora enjoys watching multiple sports, especially Irish Rugby (Go Ireland!). She also loves taking walks with her two dogs, Laika and Magnolia. Nora is an avid reader, coffee connoisseur and British Crime TV show addict.

Magnolia
Therapy Dog and Adorable
Magnolia Walsh is a certified Canine Good Citizen who received her AKC Canine Good Citizen's Certificate in 2023. Magnolia has experience working with both teens and adults in a private therapeutic day school setting. She is often called to assist in times of emotional distress and provides a calming presence. Though Magnolia can be a bit shy at first, after a few treats and a lot of belly rubs she will be your new best friend!

In her free time Magnolia loves running around outside, stalking rabbits and birds, and pulling apart her soft chew toys.
