While you may not see your plan listed, many insurance providers do offer “out of network” benefits, and we are happy to provide a Superbill to file with your insurance company.
No Surprise Act
As part of the No Surprise Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, you are entitled to a good faith estimate detailing expected charges for services. This estimate can be provided upon request. Further documentation regarding the No Surprises Act is available in office, upon request or at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
