Kids Running

Pediatric Counseling

Childhood is characterized by new adventures, learning opportunities, and moments of joy. Yet, it can also be a time of uncertainty as children navigate new aspects of themselves. We engage with children to help them identify and understand their emotions, navigate social stressors, conquer school-related anxieties, and achieve a sense of balance. Through interactive methods like play and art-based therapy, we strive to foster children's confidence in their evolving identities.

*Due to the interactive nature of pediatric therapy, it is highly recommended these sessions be held in person.

Adolescent Counseling

Adolescence marks a period of transition and self-discovery. While it brings excitement, increased autonomy, and the journey to adulthood, it can also be a phase filled with transitions, intense emotions, and emerging mental health challenges. At R&R, we partner with adolescents to navigate these transitions, develop effective coping mechanisms, explore their mental well-being, and prepare for the responsibilities of emerging adulthood.

Exploring Nature

Individual Counseling

As you evolve through life's challenges, we're here to listen to your story and understand your unique struggles, crafting a personalized treatment plan just for you. At R&R, we collaborate closely with our clients to pinpoint your desired mental wellness and support you in achieving your goals.

Family in Nature

Family Counseling

Each family has its own unique dynamics, much like the individuals we support. No matter the struggles your family encounters, we are dedicated to pinpointing these challenges head-on and partnering with your entire family unit to create sustainable changes that promote harmony in your household.

Children Outdoor Reading

Social Groups

Our social skills group gives children and adolescents a supportive, fun environment to practice important skills such as making and keeping friends, communicating effectively, navigating social situations, and building confidence. Through engaging activities, discussion, and real-life practice, participants can develop skills they can use at home, at school, and with peers.
