Our Story
The story of R&R spans back a decade ago when Zoe and Esther first met as Bachelor degree level behavioral support specialists working at a community mental health center. Fast forward to 2021, add in a couple of master's degrees, licensures, and various clinical experiences, and Zoe and Esther found themselves working together once again at a therapeutic day school. This school was under the guidance of the Clinical Director, Nora Walsh - and thus the trio was complete. It was quickly established that they worked well together as a team, and as friends. Drawing on this friendship and their individual strengths: Nora with her experience and extensive knowledge of family systems and eating disorders, Esther with her compassion and proficiency in CBT, and Zoe's tenacity and expertise working with those on the Autism Spectrum and with neurodivergence, R&R was born.
At the core of our values is the commitment to establishing meaningful connections with our community and clients by validating personal experiences, respecting cultural traditions, upholding professional integrity, and maintaining reliability.
